African Necklace

For one of my last assignment at the photography school in Asheboro, NC, we had the option to shoot jewelry, a cold beverage, furniture, or flowers. My first instinct was to shoot a furniture scene since that is what I worked on on my internship in the Fall. But I ended up shooting this necklace. I got this necklace in the August of 2008 in Ethiopia, Africa. It has been hanging around my neck ever since.

  3. I really like this shot mane, the contrast from the black shirt and the soft light on the necklace gives strong emphasis leading to the gold pendant, nice job mane.
